Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They weren't pushy on services and labor. Excellent communication and getting back to me when my bike was ready.

I brought in my mountain bike for a derailleur adjustment, as it started to not shifting smoothly or consistently. The young man working at the service counter in the back asked what the trouble was and he stated that he would take a quick look and see if he could make the adjustments right there. What a pleasant surprise that he would offer that! He let me peruse the store and after about 20 minutes let me know everything was done. He explained the adjustments he made--they were not just the limit screws or barrel adjusters. I went out today on the bike and it is shifting with the precision and smoothness it should. Thank you so much!

Dropped in to purchase a bike I saw on the Trek website available at the store at a fantastic price (previous model clearance). As the employee was looking it over, she noticed the brakes were a bit “squishy” and immediately got a replacement under warranty (i.e. no cost to me) rolling. More than likely I wouldn’t have noticed (disc brakes are new to me) and had problems down the road. THIS is great customer service at a time where it’s in short supply. Earned a customer for life!

We stopped into browse bikes for my fiancé who was getting back into mountain biking. Were immediately greeted by Jamie. She took time to get to know my fiancé and what he was looking for in our price range. She let him test multiple bikes and provided insightful thoughts and education to help us make a decision. While they were test riding, Royale helped me (a biking novice) find a bike I could also potentially use for light cruising and hills. Royale made me feel super comfortable and at ease even though I hadn’t even ridden a bike in a while. They never pressured us and were attentive to our every need, and had a wonderful selection in store to look at and test. We ended up purchasing my fiancé's bike through them and couldn’t be more happy. Highly highly recommend this shop, regardless of your level and comfort, they have something for everyone. Always happy to support a local family owned business and will 100% be back!

Excellent customer service, but sometimes poor communication. My E-Bike purchase experience here wasn't without a few hiccups, but they have handled every problem well and ultimately gave me a great product. I still recommend them! I came here looking for an E-Bike that meets Ann Arbor a2zero rebate requirements. Jakob was immensely helpful in helping me find some great options. It was great that I could take a bike for a test ride on back. He recommended a different model than what I saw in stock based on better specs for the same price, and the way I intended to use the bike. I ended up placing a special order. That's where the hiccups started... The bike came damaged, and when the store notified the manufacturer (Trek), they offered to upgrade me to a newer, higher spec model free of charge. The communication after this was poor, but apparently, a 2nd bike had come damaged so they were waiting for a 3rd one, which took a while longer. It finally arrived (4 weeks total wait time), but it was a lot larger than the original version I wanted. However, they made several adjustments free of charge to get it to fit better. I had to come 2 other times for adjustments, but in the end,
